Different memory - a problem?

I've got 2x1GB of 1600MHz, 8-8-8-24 DDR3, and 2x1GB of 1333MHz, 9-9-9-20 DDR3 in my machine. When I look in CPU-Z it says the timings are 8-8-8-20 with a DRAM of 300Hz (same as my FSB).

My BIOS is particularly bad at manipulating RAM, and I can only change the timings. It automatically sets the DRAM equal to my FSB. Should I reduce my CPU multiplier (from 9) and boost the FSB to boost the DRAM speed?

I'm still quite confused about memory, with my understanding only reaching as far as to know that timings should be small, and speed should be high.

<edit>I can change the DRAM speed by changing a confusing multiplier than includes letters (e.g. 1.2A and 3.2D) but I wouldn't know where to start!</edit>
