Different temps in realtemp?

Hey guys,

I've just setup my new i7 d0 rig and i'm in the process of overclocking it.

I've got it up to 4.2ghz at the moment stable, but ill probably dial it back to 4 for a 24/7 oc.

One thing ive noticed is that with realtemp at maximum load theres a marked difference between core temperatures

core0 sits around 70*c , cores1 and 2 sit around 75*c and core3 around 80*c

I'm thinking this is indicative of too much or too little thermal interface localised around the cores, so my question is what sort of things do you guys see? do they generally keep good parity?
