Different usb's

I was just looking at my pc, at the bottom there are different usb conntector eg usb78 usbXXXX and usbXXXX (Can't rembemer the exact numbers). I haven't turned the pc on yet as psu hasn't come in yet but whats the difference, also there is a 1394 slot that i know is firewire so you can forget about that.

Bottom of what? Case? Motherboard?

Do you mean the connectors at the bottom of your motherboard?

They are the connection headers so you can plug in extra ports (ie the ones on the front of you case)

The motherboard is the one in my sig. Im talking about the motherboard. Yes i mean the connectors at the bottom of my motherboard, sorry for not being clear. I was wondering why they all have different numbers.

I don't believe there'll be any difference between the connectors. The numbers are probably just to identify which is which in the user manual or something.
