digg features

hi,
is it just me who thinks that the ability to "digg" posts that are particularly good and "bury" posts that are rubbish would work well on the forum?

if you dont know what am on about go to www.digg.com and check out the comments.

Hmm. Nope. Good threads will stay the course and remain on the first page for as long as they need to...crappy threads will be closed or the lack of replies will soon see it drop

I think it would be more useful with comments in the threads though.
If someone says something stupid which, lets face it, happens all too often aroudn here then that comment could be dug down and most people wouldn't see it.

yeah i wasnt talking about the threads, purely the posts within them. it'd be good to see funny/good posts get the credit they deserve, and rubbish posts buried
