Hi,
I bought a fvrt200 for my folks xmas after owning the fvrt100 for around a year with no problems.
I have set it up for them but only 1 tuner seems to work and they are missing a bunch of channels. Now I think it is their aerial and I can upgradethis for them. However I am concerned that the 2nd tuner is broken.
They can onyl record 1 channel rather than 2 and if recording 1 channel they can't watch another.
When I go into aerial alignment in the box set up receiver 1 gets around 75% signal strength and 0% errors and tuner 2 gets 0% signal strength and 100% error.
No mater what availiable frequency I go to only tuner one ever gets anything tuner 2 always has 100% error i.e. the red error bar is right to the top and signal strength is 0%
Could this simply be that the signal isnt good enough to make both tuners work or is it likely broken
?
