digital notebook???

hi guys

i am looking for a digital notebook something with a pen and screen i can use to take notes on and draw well just like paper but end up with digital documents that will work with word so at the end of the day i can copy them over to my main laptop

is there anything out there that can do this job and do it well?

There are digital pens that remember what you've written which can then be transferred to a PC.
