Digital picture frame help please

Hi all, I'm trying to read a digital picture frame and thus far am having nothing but problems. It's showing up in windows 7 device manager as a mass storage device and it's showing up in "my computer" asa seperate hard drive, but when I try and open files/folders it's saying that it is empty. Even though it's not. I cannot see any photos to be able to open them. Any hints ...
