Hi,

I have just invested in a new Nikkon 105mm macro lens and was wondering whether you think I should upgrade my camera bag.

The camera bag I am using is called Lowepro Slingshot D200AW.

I have : -

1 x D40 with 55 - 200 Lens fitted. The only problem with this case is that it seems to move around the case! - Camera facing down into bag does not seem very secure!

1 x 105 Micro VR Lens

1 x 15 - 55 Lens

Would you recommend another bag or is this bag sufficient.

Thanks

It's hard to recommend which bag you need. It's really a personal thing however based on your kit list your current SS200AW should be about the right size.

Hi,

Thanks for the comments.

I did not know I had vertical dviders in place, but I have just turned the camera around in the bag, now with the lens on the body of the camera facing towards me when opening the bag, where as before I had the lens facing in towards the bag.

I now pick the cmaerra up from the lens. Is this okay or should the lens be facing in towards the bag?

This is how i have mine....

This is how I have my 300. The layout alex is using looks odd. Surely you should just get the camera in the sling position and the rest when you take if off your back?

I just change the inlets around. That way i can access everything in the bag in slingshot mode. I never have to fully undo the bag. Nothing can "fall out", its physically impossible unless i turn the bag upside down and shake it about.
