Digital Tv through monitor?

Hi, i recently purchased a viewsonic VX2025wm (amazing) but was wondering what I would need to watch freeview on my monitor. Can you buy a pci card that slots directly into your comp? would the rf cable plug directly into the back of that? Also what is the quality like, compared to a regular tv? Do they run well? If anyone has bought one or would recommend one that would help.
