Digital vibrance

I seem to be having the problem of digital vibrance being greyed out on the nvidia control panel. I've tried various drivers and it's always the same, it was even greyed out on my old GTS card. I'm running vista ultimate 64bit and using the correct drivers. Anyone have any clue? It's bugging meas i seem to remember it made games look sweet a few years ago on my 6600 card. Spec in sig if that helps.

digital vibrance doesnt work on the geforce 8 series cards yet. i dont even know if it ever will lol

Has always worked fine for me...

Currenty using 160.3 drivers.

can you show us a screenshot of your control panel please? DV is greyed out for me like it is for everybody else i know :confused:

the op's using vista

to be fair i think DV was only a recent thing in xp. i do remember when it wasnt working for me in that. knowing nvidia, it'll be months before its fixedat the very least lol

I was using DV back when I had a 6800GT.

Works for me on 158.22 WHQL but I am connecting via a VGA so not a digital connection.

Just tried it out on my 8800GTS, completely forgot about this. Used to use it on my 7900gt and it looks so nice

digital vibrance does not work on my 8800 either with vista/xp or any drivers through dvi

you can increase colour by messing with other settings though

I only noticed this option a few months ago when fiddling around in the NV control panel. Currently set to 50%, just turned it back to 0% and it look so dull.

I love that setting too. 25% gives you just the right amount of added.....hmm..... sunshine factor.

I'm still dual booting XP/Vista 64 (8800gtx dvi) and it works fine in XP but not at all in Vista so it's definitely a driver/OS problem, GRAW2 needs it too, looks really dull in Vista in comparison to XP with DV.
