Diiference between Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB Memory

Can anyone advise what the difference is between these two memory kits, there is a big price difference between the two.

it will boot at (up to) 2666

Intel and Threadripper mobos only
it is a little faster/tighter
it will boot at 2133
