Athlon XP 3200+ on an NF7-S Socket A
or Athlon 64 3000+ on some Asus 754 board of some sort?

Im currently running the socket A config but my mums partner just upgraded his machine leaving the latter components free if I want them - just wondering if its worth bothering.

Both would be ran with 2x1Gb DDR400 and a AGP 6800 GT.
 
I should point out its not actually a 3200+ its a 2500-m 1.45v clocked as such. I just said 3200+ to make it easier to explain.

Sounds like ill be using the 3000+ though.
