Dilemma not sure what to do

I have just upgraded my system to i7 950 and ASUS Rampage Extreme 2. I am running 2 GTX 460s SLI and due to the size of the ASUS mobo, one of the cards sits just above the bottom of the case, and runs hotter.
Now I have been offered a Coolermaster Cosmos S case 2nd hand for 50 quid, or I might keep my case (thermaltake armour), sell the 460s and get a single 570 or ATI 6970 - What do you reckon? (I picked uo the 460s for 130 for the pair, almost new)

I'd get a single 570 as one card options are usually better. There will be a slight performance drop, however, in the long run it will be better.

The cosmos S is a great case and I would personally upgrade to it aswell as to a 570

Id personally stick with your current cards and get the new case. Also stick a fan behind the cards, this really helped with my 470's. Then wait to see what new single card pops up on the market that will offer a signifigant performance increase over what you already have.

Yep, im currently using a spotcool Cleeecooo, bought one on MM, best 6 quid ive ever spent. Knocked 10c of my top card, both now idle/load within 1-2c of each other.
