hi there i am looking for some advice.

when it comes to the end of the month and the muon push has finished i wanted to start dimes and was just wondering if any of you know what is the best setup for it and anything that i would need to know to do well in it that I as a biginner would not know.

dimes is not a cpu intensive project. It just runs in the background and does some pings and traceroutes and stuff. You can run it alongside other projects no problem

Yes, you won't even notice it's there.

.. and I've just realised I have 3 windows machines running 24/7 with no Dimes :eek:

just a little problem that I can't get it to work without disabling my windows firewall and also my antivirus software which is avg is there any better way of doing it.

Plus even when doing that I was getting results but nothing was showing up in the charts.

Add the exceptions in your firewalls.
