DIMM slots?

The motherboard manual says that:

"To enable successful system boot-up, always insert the memory modules into the DIMM1 first."

May I ask what CPU cooler and RAM modules you are using?

If you are using modules with large heatsinks, you may need to swap them for low-profile modules like these for them to fit.

Have you tried installing the RAM first, then fitting the CPU cooler?

Looking at this, it should go - but it's a bit of a fiddle. Also, if the mount allows - try installing the cooler so the air blows east to west and out towards the rear exhaust fan.
