Experienced one issue with Lightwave RF dimmers. Their input load is 60w (IIRC) but the 5 LED bulbs in the bedroom don't even produce that so they flicker when on, like a disco....

Lightwave recomends Danlers 10w RESLOADE

I just wire this across the light and job done (as long as the 10w load brings it up to the dimmer load, I assume....

Brilliant device. Buy a low power, energy saving LED lamp and then add a 10 Watt dummy load to increase power consumption. Over £20 as well, what a rip off.

That is the reason I won't use Lightwave dimmers, good products, let down with crap design, the Varilight Trailing Edge dimmers I have used, have a minimum load of 10 watts, so no problems with flicker, etc.

It shouldn't be too difficult for Lightwave to make a dimmer with a minimum load of 10 watts.

I think the new gang switches coming out in April are rated lower (10w or similar).

If you are thinking of going LightWave, get the "brain unit" now from B&Q as it's £60. Lightwave have just bumped there's up to over £100.....
