Direct X 11.2 for Windows 8.1? AMD 8000?

So I read a couple of days ago that this will be a W8.1 exclusive and for next gen consoles.

My question is will the new AMD 8000 series GPU be DX11.2 given that W8.1 is released before the 8000 series is?

Sources suggest that these new cards will just be 11.1 again like the 6000/7000 series, however with 11.2 just on the horizon wouldn't it make sense to make them 11.2 compatible? Would this explain the delay on these cards?

Anyone in the know want to pitch in here?

As far as the rumors go, 11.2 should work on our current cards such as the 7XXX.

8XXX also afaik is OEM only.
