Direct X - Physics (maybe)

Good to see in one sense ( hopefully a common standard every developer can get behind) but its a pity its MS (what about Open GL performance or non DirectX software)- even though they probably only have the power to get it done in this fashion.
 
TBH you need MS to work on a physics API for DirectX it is the only way in my opinion that physics cards will take off in a big way

Exactly, no-one else has the power to get it through.
 
And another nail in the coffin for Ageia, the add is talking about phisics utilising a GPU.


Ignore what I just posted, I need to read the article better next time :(
