Direct X10 hacked???

The writing is appauling but i wonder how much of it is true?

There is a thread on this in the graphics card section, I believe it allows DX10 through emulation, so all the work is done by the CPU, meaning it will be ultra slow

If the game is dx10 only, then it will be vista only, in which case how would it work on xp anyway?
