directing all transfer from 1 domain to another

Hi All,

Am looking at pointing all traffic from one site to another, for example if someone visits domain .com it goes to domain2.com but if i had an old page which was domain.com/hello.php if a user types that in it takes them there i want it so if anyone goes to domain.com/ANY URL it takes them to domain2.com as a redirect.

I have domain a redirect in cpanel for domain.com to go to domain2.com but need it for the other types of URLS.
