DirectX 11 for vista

What games can't DX9 run?(apart from Halo 2)
Almost all games will have a DX9 path sure, but not all games will have all effects/features enabled when run on a DX9 card.
Are any of these effects/features significant? There didn't seem much of consequence between DX9 and DX10, for example. Or even between DX8 and DX9 if truth be told.

Hey folks,
The DX11 I get from the link above, I mean are they enabled when I installed it onto my Vista 64 / SP2?
Also, as my graphics card is DX11 ready, so is the nVidia Forceware I believe, so do I have to get updated DX11 so that the chemistry works between the Forceware, the above DX11 distribution and the Vista 64 OS??
