Cus those issues are unlikely to affect most people and there is a chance the unaffected might see a performance gain :)

Not that ive instaleld it myself .. im just giving an excuse as to why they would.

how do you know there are issues with the file? just because it's been pulled, it still might be ok? who knows... :p

be interesting to compare the digital signatures of the download from filehippo and the one from microsoft when it does go back up.... :)
 
It must have been updated because the MD5 is different.

yup, it's digitially signed on 5th april so it's definitely newer. :D

what have i done posting that filehippo link.... :eek: :p
 
hmm, apparently the first dx update that got took down, ms accidentally enabled dx10 support for windows xp. but they soon fixed that :D
