Thanks for the replies and help. I was wondering if my "Memory" could hold it back?, two pics here of speed/Memory (it is DDR2 Tracer Balistics, supposedly able to run at 1066 ( i think)

Will do that bizare, but have After burner running and that gives heavy load on both GPU's

Can't see your memory holding you back tbh. That being said, you definitely have room to tighten the timings a tad. Going by the cpuz screenshot they're capable of running 4.4.4.12 / 800MHz, but you're running them at 5.6.6.20 / 854MHz. I'd be looking to lower them to 5.5.5.15, and aiming for 4.4.4.15. You can change the timings in the bios under an option along the lines of advanced memory settings.

Also, your memory is rated to run at 2.2v, so make sure it's set to that, or at least 2.1v, as it may be running at the default 1.8v.
