Dont see enough games these days with loads of crackin tunes on really, why is this?

Anyway i was so excited i thought id create a thread, any other games with awesome background tracks?

Yep it's a pretty good soundtrack.

GTA games have always had good soundtracks, and THPS series pretty much got me into alternative music.

I need to get back into playing Dirt 2 - spent a while really enjoying it with a wheel set up and 3 surround monitors, but then F1 2010 was in the Steam sale, and I got back into Dragon Age.

Did anyone regularly take part in the online challenges? I remember doing a few timed laps to compete, and found it quite addictive.

I bought the full San Andreas sound-track when I was playing it:o Not the 2cd version, the full 8 CD set:p complete with radio adverts between songs.

There has been some great soundtracks for games over the years, many from bands your wouldnt normally hear of, take Dave Mirra's BMX on the PSX. Always loved this song from it and still listen to it now :)

Social Distortion - Don't Drag Me Down

Yup, Dave Mirra's BMX has a great soundtrack. Despite the slow downs and sometimes retarded physics it's a great game. I completed it on Dreamcast :p

Crazy Taxi has a great soundtrack that really works with the game.
GTA VC has a cracking soundtrack, and SA wasn't bad either. IV had some good tracks.

Tony Hawk games were good from the first to Underground 2. Didn't play any newer ones though.
