Dirt 3 Activation

Hello guys, i sent my code to AMD which then, after a week they sent me back another code to put into steam. I did that, installed the game and now i arrive at the Windows Live menu asking " Do i want to go online? if yes please enter your cd key " However they give me 5 boxes with 5 characters each within them to fill out. My Steam code was almost half that long so what do they expect me to put in there ? I'm really confused.

Just this second found out that steam tells you the code to put in if you press shift and tab :L Silly me.

Nevertheless i'll let you guys know, if you buy a Dirt 3 code expect wait times of a week to get your game. That is how long it took for me, just advice.

Are you sure that the code they initially sent you back with the code was actually a Steam code?

When I did this, they sent me back another code that you had to re-register with them again - doing so the second time would get you your Steam code.

This is due to a lot of the codes that were included with graphics cards etc were leaked onto the internet, so when I redeemed my code, I actually had to send them a scan of my voucher as proof I had an original code. Once I did that, they sent me a replacement voucher code to re-register on their site in order to get the Steam code.

I have another question though, how do i use my controller ? i can only see options for keyboards or steering wheels.

As for the controller, irc you should be able to select a 360 controller as an option - assuming it's a 360 pad you're using.
