Hi hope someone can help me on a couple of points .
This is the first time iv downloaded from a official download of a game so bear with me ignorance as its a case of living an learning .
suspecting it downloaded to the default drive i wanted to try to change it to me game folder on another drive , I have been given advice on this on another thread how to do ect. However for the life of me i cannot locate the dirt3 game download . other dirt and steam files are there but nothing visable in the 7gb range of a game download . just MB,KB size Folders . Is this hidden to avoid copying ? Do I actually have the game and not just a shortcut to steam with a licence to play ?
What If my internet goes down ?
Also Side issue how do I get more than 1 profile in order for others in my house/family to play ? do i have to buy for each member of my family ?
And last of is this game at the high end of graphics . should I consider a small overclock from my i5 2.67 ghz, and 560 ti graphics card , due to low frame rate at ultra level, but smooth at high level, would it make any difference.#
Many point there but thanks for any assistance

Since the game is tied to your Steam account, all of the files will be in the steam folder under steamapps, personally I would avoid moving the game data as it may cause some issues with Steam. Unless you want your family to use your steam account, you will have to buy a copy of the game for each seperate steam account.

Hope that helps a bit :D

Steam Folder > steamapps > common > Dirt 3

If you want the game on another steam account you need to buy it again. Steam also has an offline mode where, as long as you save your account details it will let you play when offline.
Edit: Its a GfWL game so I'm not sure about offline actually. Some gfwl games you cant save when you arent online.

If the game isnt running smoothly then you could try overclocking, not sure how much difference it'll make.
