DiRT 3 Help! (Again)

Hi, I sorted out my first DiRT3 problem last time which turned out to be simple, but I have another. I am not sure if it is hardware related or the game itself.

Basically, when the game is loading on this screen:

It seems to pause for around 2-3 seconds. It has always done this, but is now becoming very annoying when loading new races.

I use MSI AfterBurner Beta 7 to show FPS etc and the clock in the corner also pauses for around 2-3 seconds every time is loads.

Is this normal???

bit of outside the box thinking here: you could install the super fast menus mod which i think removes all those cars sliding around and stuff while loading

u can edit it yourself thats up to you go to official dirt 3 forum and look at mods

I think they are trying to say is that the mod will stop it and improve loading times.
