I have really enjoyed playing dirt 2 since it's release. I have recently made changes to my button configuration and my G27 set up so the clutch was my break and my shifter was the hand brake and wow... It's been excellent.

I cannot wait until dirt 3 is released. I think this s going to be absolutely immense. There are videos of the dev's on a rally track day. These guys clearly love cars and want this experience to better the last installment, I think it will be awesome.

Love the idea of the new weather system, will be great for multiplayer. Can't wait...

Looking forward to Gymkhana, should be a lot of fun online!!!

Enjoyed Dirt 2, one of the things I missed though was no snowy tracks or rainy/stormy weather. Really hope its in Dirt3.

Hope for proper rally game this time, although it annoys me that they use easy/hard for degree of turn rather than 1-6 which is much more accurate.

I really do/did like Dirt 2. I would like it even more if there was more rally stages so I am hoping that will come in Dirt 3. Also I remember back in the day of PS1 of V-Rally. Some of the videos about for Dirt 3 remind me of the V-Rally games. (I think they were also producted by CM as well)

V-rally was a very different series mate, brilliant in it's first incarnation in it's own right, the glitz to mcrae's solid bang. Just wish they could have squeezed that little bit more out of the humble ps1 to put in the link-up serial play they wanted in.... ohh what a better game:)

Mcraes, Dirts all good though. While i have mixed opinion in codemasters focus these days, in general they've nearly allways done rally good justice, even if the structure of dirt isn't you're thing, it's still a solid series.

Dirt 2 was great, grew stale faster than it should due to too much repeating play of the same races over and over, 3 should include more point to point racing... the score chase never gets old... so to speak:)

It fails, well cmac 04's still running hot on my hd:)

Can't wait, the second was not only a great game but it was also an excellent PC game. It ran and looked fantastic and was one of the first Dx11 titles. It didn't even ship with broken/bad Dx11 performance. It just worked.

Do hope for some more weather variation though, pretty much the one thing the second game really misses.

I really enjoyed this interview that Inside Sim Racing did with Paul Coleman, lead dev on Dirt 3. Very interesting, this game is going to be the dogs nuts!!! Enjoy!!

Dirt 2 = 41 tracks. Dirt 3 = over 100, with 60 percent being rally based!!! sounds great.. Cant wait to play some more trailblaze tracks... May 24th....2011, C'mon!!

Thank god for they got rid of that stupid menu system from DIRT2
if only they got rid of G4WL but i guess we cant have it all

I hope it's less....Americanized, I loved the gameplay on Dirt 2 but I eventually just could not bare the style it had when out of the races and all those irritating "buddies" you had, so I never got around to finishing it :/
