Dirt cheap small "gaming" pc

Good afternoon all,

Looking for the smallest possible build in terms of size and space. Needs to basically run 3x Lineage 2 clients and be accessible over VNC/Remote desktop therefore graphics options doesn't need to be anything ridiculous. 256GB space / 16GB memory would be plenty. I might want to build 2 of these. No preference on CPU.

I'm afraid you can have 2 of: small, dirt cheap and gaming. Though if you can get away with onboard graphics then it would be more feasible, how many CPU cores do you need for 3 clients?
