Dirt in my res

Hey guys, I just drained my rig yesterday in order to take my GTX480's out. I re-plumbed it just for the CPU to be on water, filled it all back up but now I seem to have some odd dirt pooling inside my reservoir.

I assume I should drain all the fluid, flush my rad and CPU block and refill with some new fluid?

you could have flushed some dirt out of your rad,what i would do is fill the radiator sepratley with a 50:50 mix of white vinegar and distilled water which is luke warm,let the fluid out of the rad flush with distilled water then go vinegar 40:60 distalled water then 30:70,20:80,10:90 then flush with distilled water and it should remove any dirt
