dirt or forza 2?

I have both, I prefer dirt a lot more I really like it. I have played forza a bit and I have found it real boring. Where as dirt even on the first race is great. I have nearly completed in over 90% in the career and I have put around 7 hours into it so you wont get bored fast :).
 
People who do not like forza simply suck at it. After the realism of playing this game and the way tuning effects your car makes it very hard for me to play lesser, more arcade style games now >< so in some respects it is bad :P
 
I think Forza is great, I played the demo of Dirt and thought was was ace as well. It all depends on if you love racing real cars and tweaking them in a realistic way. I can see why Forza gets a bit dull after a while, but I'm still playing it. The time trials and exhibition stuff is fun, and adds a bit. Online is good as well.

In my view, Forza 2, Dirt and PGR 3 are all as good as each other, just quite different in style. Pick which type you like.
 
I really liked Dirt until I got myself a microsoft wheel. Handling with the wheel is a nightmare and now I dont want to admit defeat with the wheel and go back to the controller :(
 
Technically I also agree to this :

PGR3 > TDU > DiRT > Forza

but I actually hate Forza :rolleyes: I'm still trying to get into it, it takes some time.

But for shear fun I'd actually go TDU and not just the full version but the TDU demo - especially when you've got some wild nuts online.
 
I am still loving dirt, just keeps me coming back. Not touched forza 2 for a month now. Love the sense of speed you get with dirt and how little margin of error there is when your blasting through a tight country lane.

One tip though.. on the HUD, use the arrows rather than the map, makes it a lot easier to drive, I found myself getting distracted with the may and trying to follow it.. Of course if you are hardcore you should not need either and just listen to the co-driver.
