Yes it'll run but you'll be running low to medium settings.
 
Yea it'll run on medium settings fine, Dirt games are not demanding at all.

and yes the controller will work fine, I used a 360 pad on dirt 2 (2009) and xbone controller on dirt rally 1/2.
 
EDIT - Got it working now downloading a 94Gb update. :mad:

I just received the game and put CD1 in and then entered the Product code and then after got a image attached to what it says. Can anyone help me out to get this installed?

You probably entered the wrong code, there are a few pieces of DLC for this game so its likely you input a DLC code (if it came with DLC) and not the actual game activation code.
 
It's a very tricky but incredibly detailed and accurate rally sim. If you aren't a rallying veteran, I would recommend playing the career mode and starting in a slower car like the Fiat Arbarth 131 so you can learn rally handling and what to expect from the courses.
