Dirt Rally car tuning

playing the game with a pad and enjoying it so far, started off in the mini and I have just bought a mk2 escort from the 1970s category.

my main problem is the back end sliding way too much can anyone give me any tuning tips or refer me to a tutorial.

I need the back end to be more firm and not slide as much and be controllable all around.

Have you seen real mk2 escorts rally? You can try soften the rears but that car is going to be lively on the rear end whatever you do!
