Disable CSM and Beeps

When you disable CSM, why does the motherboard beep before successfully loading Windows if there is no monitor connected? I've tried this on Gigabyte, MSI and Asrock motherboards and they all do this.

It doesn't beep on my msi board although I'm sure there is a setting where you can turn off the beep.

It only happens when no monitor is connected so it's not really an issue but was just curious why.
