Disable/uninstall Onboard sound on ip35 motherboard ?

anyone any idea best way to do this its pretty naff so got a soundblaster card to drop in dont wanna do anything wrong ?

Boot up without sound card in go to bios and look for onboard peripherals diasble hd audio in there.save and exit boot to windows remove onboard sound drivers reboot then shut shutdown put soundcard in boot up and install soundcard drivers reboot.
