Disable vsync with 3d vision

Hi. ive tryed lots of games with 3d vision but i cant seem to get vsync off in any. its disabled in-game and on the nvidia control panel. BCFC gets average of about 120fps with it disabled but its about 30 with it enabled. Does anyone know whats wrong.
