I am using a Netgear 834 router, and want to know if it's possible to optionally disable and enable a computer to be able to connect to the internet. The router is in a locked room, however am I able to drop a computer by changing some settings?

My computer is on 192.168.0.2 , the other two computers are on 192.168.0.3 and 192.168.0.4 . Is there anyway to only let 0.2 access the internet?

The only option I could find was this

Use Router as DHCP Server
Starting IP Address ...192.168.0.2
Ending IP Address ...192.168.0.2

and it didn't work

I think it covers both on the DG834 iirc. Give the 'access list' thing under wireless a try. Remember, you'll have to add the MAC address of all the PCs you want connected once you enable it. If you're using windows, run a command prompt (Winkey+R, type cmd, hit enter) and then type 'ipconfig /all' (without quotes) and it should show the MAC address for your adapters. (Called physical address).
