Sorry guys, I've just got this damned thing and I'm having a nightmare with Port Forwarding not working and the damned Firewall keeps re-enabling itself for some weird reason..But what I'm most concerned with is I'm getting confused disabling the wireless on this, I've turned Interface OFF, Broadcast thing OFF, but the Wireless LED is still ON on the BeBox, even though the overview says something like 'No Wireless Devices Detected', how can I confirm it's disabled?

I love the BE speed so far but I'm ready to smash the Thomson TG585 v7 into tiny little pieces already.

I have successfully managed to turn mine off by unticking the interface enabled box and clicking apply. You can also disconnect the antenna.

Btw you can also use different routers on Be.

Atm I am using the Bebox as a modem and a PC as a router and caching.

I tried pulling the antenna out but it seemed fixed to me, didn't want to break it at the time..I also have disabled the interface, but the Wireless LED is still ON.

I just cannot seem to get any of my settings to work, the Port Forwarding is killing my internet every time I try and set it, which means I have to restart the router and when it comes back ALL settings are lost, I'm wary of resetting the router any more as my synch is dropping slightly every time :( I've only just this afternoon been enabled, so I don't want them to think the line's dropping for the line set-up Month and get put on a slower profile :(
