Disabling Flash adverts in browser

Right... I've had it with annoying moving Flash adverts in my browser on certain sites. How do I get my browser [Opera] to not display them? Opera has an option to not display images, but this would cut out any other images too.

I use in firefox 2, adblock plus professional plugin. Does the job nicely.
