Just started using Vista and as is usual for me I've disabled the firewall, automatic updates and the entire security centre through services.msc however when I start up I am getting 'windows security alerts' appearing at the bottom right telling me my computer might not be secure etc.. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these annoying messages? I can't see 'security alerts' anywhere on the services list.

Thanks
Felix

If you open up security centre via control panel, there is an option on the left that says something along the lines of 'Change the way Windows alerts me...'

Same as it was in XP ;)
