I have just upgraded my monitor from a Samsung P2450H 24" Widescreen LCD Monitor to an LG 29UM68 29" Ultra Widescreen Monitor.

A few other people also have difficulty removing the neck from the monitor. I have tried for hours and had no luck. Is there a trick to this?
