Just curious if anyone had taken their Titan Xp apart for cleaning and how difficult it is as the fins are looking a bit clogged through the little window.

I believe it's pretty easy to take off the shroud for cleaning. I think JayzTwoCents did a video of it... YouTube will be your best bet as visual instructions are easy to understand

If you are stripping it right down you will need a tiny phillips screwdriver and a 5/32 socket to remove the backplate and shroud.

When removing the shroud, be careful as there are two wired connections underneath (one for the fan, one for the logo).

you don't need to take off the backplate to clean the heatsink fins - you only need to pop the front off the shroud and then the 4 big screws holding the heatsink itself

Well from what I can see the shell of the body is 1 solid piece, I can't see any joins anywhere so it may have to be a complete tear down.

You may benefit from doing this as you can renew the paste on the die and clean out the shroud as well :)

True, I'll replace the stock paste with some Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut I have, I just need to figure out how to remove the shell so I can get to the fins to clean them :D

I think there are 13 small hex bolts that hold the fan cover section onto the shroud. 2.5 mm allen head if I remember. That is if you only want to clean the fins on the fan.

Remove all the screws on the back and the ones on the plate and the shroud just pulls off, it has 2 plugs (assuming it's the same as the normal Titan), I took mine apart a few days ago
