How do you deal with Disaster Recovery on your servers? (I've kept the question basic, to get feedback from a wider audience)

You've probably left the question a bit too open ended and vague to be fair.

Are you interested in any particular technologies or overall strategy?

Enterprise level, maximum safety.

Currently have the following: All servers are running raid 5, we have 2 daily backups: 1 for exchange and SQL databases and the other for work documents and archive files, these are stored in a safe, off site and go back 2 months before recycling. (Every month, I take out of the 2 tapes and store them - so we always have a copy of on month - this goes back 6 years).

And before long, out exchange server will be hosts via a private cloud and connected via a leased line which will be mirrored and managed by another company.

Anything I should change or improve?
