I run www.yorkshirejunkies.co.uk/gallery - a gallery of Yorkshire graffiti photos where people can upload their own etc...
Obviously as you can imagine a large percentage of the stuff which is uploaded is illegal graffiti.
I've heard of writers getting busted and images from the gallery being used as evidence against them. On the other hand i've heard the police commenting on how good it is because of the nice design (lol) and how it shows the more positive side of graffiti.
No-one has contacted me asking me to take the site down or anything.
We also have this disclaimer:
Does that stand for anything?
Could I get into trouble for something like promoting an illegal activity?
