can any of u guys help maybe i have the wrong settings on my pc or something?

Maybe try a different (read better) USB adapter. TP-Link are ok but they are very much bargain basement stuff. That said I use their Modem/Router and a Wireless repeater and I have no major problems.

Does it help if you set a manual IP in the appropriate range and connect to the router, rather than replying on the router's DHCP? That helped me with a dodgy Netgear router that constantly kicked my iPod Touch off the network.

Is the signal interrupted by another 2.4Ghz device such as a microwave, bluetooth device or another wireless signal sharing the same channel as yours?

i was thinking about getting a new usb adapter maybe it would work, and for the 2nd i dont really know how to set a manual ip, and 3rd the only other thing i have connected is my iphone, it's just weird that i only get dc and my bro on his laptop doesn't.
