Something recently has been playing havoc with the audio level of Discord. The volume of conversations is terribly low. I have disabled all sound "improvements" within synapse. I have reset audio in discord. I have reset audio balances within windows sound mixer. I have disabled the windows setting "reduce other volume by 80%" within communications.

The only way I can effectively hear team on Discord is the have the physical volume on the headset at 100%, and then turn everything else down either via sound mixer or in app.

Anyone got any bright ideas to what it could be? There's no sound mixer in the hardware that could have deprioritsed voice, but, it does feel like its somehow the headset is limiting voice output. I've update the headsets firmware.

Using any software other than discord, and the voice is fine. It's feels like some sort of Discord / Razer sound issue... Anything I can change?

If you right click each person in the voice chat, there's a volume slider for each person too, make sure that's not been changed around.

Have you tried uninstalling the driver for the headset in device manager too, and then letting Windows/Synapse reinstall it?

Thanks, have checked that. Discord via chrome is fine. Discord using a different headset is fine. It's like my razer headset (Kraken pro) is purposefully reducing Discord. I've reinstalled windows and its the same. Completely at a loss.
