Discs from Microsoft

Just ordered Vista Home Premium Educational upgrade edition on the cheap while I'm still a student. Am I right in thinking this is going to be the 32 bit edition? If so, I'll be getting the 64 bit DVD from Microsoft. Any idea how long they take to deliver?

Got all excited about two weeks ago when they sent an email saying the things had been dispatched. Still waiting. Where do they send these things from?

It arrived yesterday. Came from Germany. Over two weeks from Germany?! It ain't that far.
