Discussion of currently unaired TV episodes.

I've noticed this topic pop up in a number of threads recently..

I, and I'm sure many others, think it would be great to be able to talk about TV episodes that may not have necessarily aired yet in the UK. Surely it's no different to discussing a game that hasn't been released yet over here?

The actual discussion is perfectly legal and done on many forums, and I would have thought it should be fine as long as there's absolutely no mention of how or where the episode was watched. If it's down to spoilers etc, we could have separate threads for "US Pace" and "UK Pace"..

I'm just wandering exactly what the reasoning is, and if there is any chance that the rules could be relaxed a little. Would be interested in hearing other peoples thoughts on it as well..

This rule should not and will not be changed.

Ah, I thought it was okay for games that had been released in the US, but not yet it the UK. Ignore that part then. [Edit] Oh, and I didn't necessarily mean discussing playing a game that hasn't been released.. more just discussing the content of the game, etc.[/Edit]

By starting this thread I was in no way 'demanding' that we should be allowed to talk about it, and completely understand that it is OcUK's forum and they can have whatever rules they want. I was merely bringing the subject up for discussion.
