Disk I/O is more than 500

Hey

Hoping for some advice. I have just ran the Performance Monitor on my PC, i've never used this before. Everything seems fine, only thing that looked like there may be concern is the Disk Performance saying "Disk I/O is more than 500 (read/write) per second on disk 1", here is the screenshot:

Is this something I should be concerned about?

I would run the manufacturers software on the drive and see if you can do a smart test on it or health check on the drive.

Thank you just ran Samsung Magician Software and it said the drive is in good health, that's a relief
