i'm wanting to take an image of my hard disk (os and files) so I can swap the hard disk and drop everything on the new one without reinstalling windows etc.
Whats the best software to do is ?
in the past i've used norton ghost but that was a long time back

the drive just died a clicking death. managed to backup most things but it looks like my evenings going consist of an xp install now.
